Cartier Resources Drill Program at Cadillac Extension Project

       Cartier Resources began drilling program in the area of ​​the extension project of silver Cadillac, located 115 km east of Val-d'Or, Quebec.

       The objective of this program will be to examine the continuity of mineralization at depth to describe the surface of the deposit of Langlade. The company plans to drill 10 wells for a total of 1200 m.


       The company has set the target polymetallic silver-rich zone on the surface of 4000 m² surface area includes the massive sulphides locally distributed. Drill targets planned taking into account all the new results of geophysical program, 3-D modeling of the mineralization zone and the results of analysis of drilling. Cartier has an induced polarization (IP) geophysical surveys in the region and identified an anomaly that connects with the mineralization and to assist in the interpretation field. The expansion mineralization may remain open at depth and to the south and northwest.

     CEO and President of Cartier, Philippe Cloutier said, the company is excited to break the area finish strong. He added that the drilling will quickly help identify the potential of Langlade in depth and to allow other East drilling program in 2012.
